Gathering Epic: The Gospel According to Matthew

Each year a book of the Bible is chosen to be told as an 'epic'. The book, usually part of the book due to time constraints, is broken into portions of varying lengths. Anyone who wishes to participate takes one of the portions and prepares it. We then all come together and tell the portions of the book in order, one after the other. It is a remarkable way to tell and to hear the books of the Bible, with different voices and styles coming together.
This year we are telling the Gospel of Matthew, most of it.
Here are the portions.
The portions in red type have been taken. We aim to update this list weekly.
Please contact Sarah if you would like to participate in the epic - it is open to tellers of all levels of experience.
